Move to the official Flowfy app

When the official Flowfy app is approved in the Shopify App Store, you get an invitation to move to it, by email and as a banner in Flowfy. Your data stays the same, and you do not reconnect anything.

Move in two steps

1. Install the official app

Click Install the official app in the invitation, approve the install, then open the app once.

2. Remove the private app

Flowfy then shows a Remove private app button. It opens the apps page in your Shopify admin, where you remove the private app. You can also find that page under Settings › Apps and sales channels.

Flowfy also shows a Turn on app embed button. Use it if you want store tracking in the official app too.

I did not get the invitation

The official app is not approved yet. Keep using the private app. It keeps working as usual.
